As Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible for driving deliverables for key projects across Engineering. You will coordinate these projects across Customer facing teams, Product Management, and Engineering. You will be key to the success of the organization through these project and will need to updated statuses, resolve roadblocks, and facilitate the project deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communication: Provide clear and concise communication to management and all stakeholders for each issue. Updates need to be provided against an SLA.

  • Balanced scheduling: As your projects will be interrupt driven, you will need to be the master of scheduling, handling changes and communicating updates clearly.

  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement: Foster a highly collaborative environment by closely engaging with key stakeholders. Provide clear and concise communication to management and all stakeholders for each issue. Updates need to be provided against an SLA.

  • Individual Ownership and Leadership: As an individual contributor, you will be responsible for leading an adhoc group of Engineers to complete projects. With guidance from the Engineering leadership and your direct manager, you will be able to lead with safety nets.

  • Innovation and Problem Solving: Tackle significant challenges from customers and drive innovation by identifying opportunities for improvement. You will be given opportunities to build projects to address areas of improvement you identified.

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 year experience working direct with customers

  • Experience working with a team and influencing outcomes (school projects do apply)

  • Basic knowledge of scripting or coding

  • Degree or equivalent experience in computer field (Computer Science, IT, etc)

  • Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software required
