We are actively looking for Tech Lead Managers to help grow our team and product.What You'll Do:- Responsible for building up and managing the Global E-Commerce tech team in the US.- Responsible for designing the architecture of technical solutions and providing technical support for engineers in the team.- Align with product and org objectives, and coordinate with cross-functional teams on delivering key results.- Define long term technical roadmap for the team.- Contribute to technical decisions on projects among the product.QualificationsWho We're Looking For:- Bachelors or higher degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline.- 5+ years managing or tech-leading a software engineering team.- 5+ years of large scale backend system development experience.- Strong experience with Data Structures and Algorithms.- Strong communication and teamwork skills.Preferred Qualifications:- Proven leadership skills with a track record of leading initiatives to automate tasks and improve efficiency and quality.- Demonstrable experience in cost management and optimization, supported by a record of data-driven decision-making and process improvement.TikTok is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.
