Vice President-Fusion Product Manager

Fusion is a cloud-native data solution built for institutional investors that delivers end-to-end data management, analytics and reporting. As a Vice President-Fusion Product Manager within Fusion’s Reference Data Product Team, you will be responsible for leading the product strategy around reference and pricing products, inclusive of comprehensive Security and Price Master solutions and Operations as a Service. Your role will involve idea generation, leading strategic initiatives and working across multiple lines of business. Furthermore, you will be responsible for spearheading product development, delivering value to clients and ultimately representing Fusion’s solutions. Job Responsibilities:Manage all aspects of reference and pricing data management throughout the development process, including but not limited to defining product requirements, overseeing implementation, ensuring product adoption, continuous product expansion and demonstrating advocacy Serve as a key leader in requirements gathering, vendor engagement and roadmap execution Document and maintain clear product requirements that will act as a guide for business and technical teams to build, launch and market productsCollaborate cross-functionally with multiple lines of business (Sales, Client Solutions, Engineering, Product, Data Science)Serve as a trusted advisor for Sales and Client Solution teams to lean on and establish long-term partnerships Identify expansion opportunities through market research and customer interactions to develop strategies that align with business objectives Monitor industry trends and competitor landscapeRequired qualifications, capabilities and skills: 8+ years of business and technology strategy experience in the financial and market data spaceDemonstrate strong relationship and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to interact with senior business and technology executivesFamiliarity with technical concepts, data models and a strong passion for product developmentOrganize, prioritize and escalate critical issues and required information to facilitate efficient decision making; establish priorities, and provide oversight and guidance to team of those prioritiesAbility to distill widely variant feedback into root cause issues and provide actionable feedback to other stakeholdersExcellent business presentation, writing and verbal communication skills Proven expertise in leading strategic product initiatives Strong facilitation, process and influencing skillsFunctional knowledge of common programming languages (such as Python or R) and database languages (such as SQL)Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills: Undergraduate or graduate degree in Finance, Math, Engineering or related field Experience applying data analysis to solve business problems in fast-moving environment
