ETF Accelerator, Client Development Specialist, Vice President, New York

We are seeking a professional to support our ETF Accelerator Client Development function
We are looking for a candidate who will focus on executing on our strategic plan for identifying clients, developing commercial opportunities and managing those relationships
The individual will be responsible for a dual mandate of: 1
Driving institutional clients through the ETF Accelerator sales funnel via a consultative approach and 2
Leveraging their expertise in ETF product and distribution to advise clients on ETF capital raising
Responsibilities
- Work with Client Dev and business leadership to develop target client lists
- Engage with target and pipeline client lists to educate them on ETF Accelerator services and use cases
- Feed client decision making process with relevant data and thought leadership on the ETF industry
- Create thought leadership and content for client use and conduct custom / bespoke analysis for clients
- Work closely with teams across Goldman Sachs, including other sales teams, on client engagements
- Drive sales and relationship management process development and evolution to continuously improve results and client experience
- Consult with clients on their ETF distribution and sales strategy
- Bachelor's degree
- 7+ years work experience in ETF product specialist roles or equivalent platform development role (Key Accounts/National Accounts)
- Proven track record of ETF product knowledge and
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude and strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Highly motivated self-starter with strong organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to remain organized in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and relationship management skills
- Proven ability to apply strategic thinking and analytical skills to complex organizational and business issues
- Ability to share thoughtful ideas and input on shared assignments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Integrity, ethical standards, and sound judgment; ability to exercise discretion with respect to sensitive information
- Relevant certification or industry accreditation (CFA, FINRA)
- Experience with Salesforce and Power Point a plus
The expected base salary for this New York, New York, United States-based position is $125000-$250000
In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of fiscal year-end
