**Responsibilities**:
**Position Description**:
Under the supervision of the assigned Vice President (VP) or covering VP level, or SVP:
- Oversees all clinical, administrative, and managerial aspects of assigned program(s). Ensures ongoing programmatic excellence, quality management, infrastructure to support and advance the services needed to meet families and programs need.-
- Maintains communication with the Vice President regarding all program operations (client/staff concern, staffing, assessments, needs, interventions, and deliverables). Meets weekly or as designated in coaching with VP for program update/support and coaching and mentoring supervisions.-
- Adheres to high standards of personal conduct and maintain appropriate standards of professional behavior.-
- Develops collaborative relationship with internal and external stakeholders, and maintain positive and open communication. Cultivates relationship with core stakeholders and maintains proper interpersonal relationship with staffs.-
- Assures that service delivery meets the guidelines identified by funding sources and appropriate documentation of services in NY Foundling database, as well as (and/or) ACS/OCFS/OMH/DOHMH/CCF/Model and any other database; and meeting regulation.-
- Conducts Continuous Quality Improvement meetings with supervisors. Tracking Key Performance indicators (KPI) through program monitoring plans. Completes AVP Program Monitoring plan and track on Key Performance Indicators and contract deliverables.-
- Ensures necessary administrative maintenance for successful program implementation including referral management, census and staffing maintenance through PROMIS and Connections as well as any other databases (including MyEvolv, MSTi, and Care4). This includes acceptance, and transfer/closing processes.-
- Assures availability of clinical and administrative support to staff 24 hours/day, 7 days/week.-
- Supports the integration of services and regulation, including those of OMH. Is responsible for client diagnosis, signing off on treatment plans, and acting as a Utilization Reviewer.-
- Ensures all families served by the program are able to access community resources and services they are eligible for (examples: Care Management and Primary Care).-
- Applies and is adherent to NYF Coaching and Mentoring Model for the program as well as the performance evaluation process.-
- Ensures that program manuals and protocols are current and revised in collaboration with VP and other departments review. Participates in development of policies and procedures in coordination with senior management team to accomplish program goals-
- Coordinates all HR related concerns with the Vice President and Administration staff.-
- Responsible for hiring decisions and monitoring training and development needs.-
- Required to gain understanding of Foundling’s policy, compliance, and resources. Remains informed on latest policy and regulations related to program functions and diverse services sectors program interacts with.-
- Ensures staff engagement, integration, and program updates and support.-
- Having management level check-in meeting with evidence-based model consultants on fidelity, certification tracking and monitoring. Responsible to be champion of the process and help remove barriers by conducting fit assessments on advances and barriers.-
- Approves and reviews Incident reports in Evolv completed by supervisors or directors. When appropriate reports incidents to the Justice Center and support teams for entry into OMH's NIMRS system-
- Able to review and approve Family Assessment Service Plan and Plan Amendment for assigned program (as applicable), and/or forms critical for program compliance and treatment progression-
- Provides access to licensure clinical supervision to eligible staff and runs Licensure Group Supervision for clinical staff.-
- Ability to travel outside of assigned borough/region based off of special language skill/s and client needs.-
