Avera is currently seeking Registered Nurses (RN) looking to deliver the best possible nursing care in Avera's patient-focused settings.

Job Summary
+ Under the direction of the Director of Nursing/Clinical Manager is responsible for the planning and coordination of direct resident care services.
+ Serves as a core member of the interdisciplinary client care team.
+ Has the necessary authority to assess, plan, evaluate and teach in patient situations.
+ Carries out administrative responsibilities as delegated by Director of Nursing or Clinical Manager.
Education and/or Experience
+ Graduate from an accredited RN school.
+ Participates in educational conferences and updates and maintains current professional.
+ clinical competency related areas of responsibilities.
+ BLS must be complete within 6 months of start date and maintained.
+ Attends all mandatory departmental meetings and in-services.
Licensure/Certification/Registration
+ Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of South Dakota.
Work Schedule
+ Varied shifts as needed; PRN
Pay
The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.
+ $31.00 - $46.50 per hour
