Summary You will serve as a TASK FORCE SUPPORT CELL ASSISTANT PROGRAM MANAGER in the Task Force 504 (TF-504) Support Cell, Maritime Headquarters Directorate, N03 of OPERATIONAL SUPPORT FACILITY
Duties
• You will manage, coordinate, and evaluate the performance of TF-504 Support Cell efforts.
• You will manage and oversee Mission Operations Center (MOC) and joint operations training, to include development of training schedules and products.
• You will assist in the planning, organizing, and executing of day-to-day operations of the TF-504 Support Cell.
• You will recommend and implement tools and capabilities for improving program efficiencies.
• You will assist with the review, coordination and initiation of deliberate and crisis action planning.
• You will assist in Task Force initiatives, assessments and provide insight to inform program updates and identify/address gaps and deficiencies in program operations

• You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty
Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.

A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or fail the test
You will be subject to random testing.
• This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites
You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time
Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: assisting in managing a Task Force Support program through development, analysis, planning, execution, and management of contingencies, operations, exercises or training in support of Maritime Operations
