Descriptionmonday.com is looking for a Sales Manager on our Commercial Mid-Market Account Management team to help us drive our success forwardAbout The RoleAs the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for growing and developing our account management team by providing expert level sales knowledge and coaching while also pushing for process improvement and strategically leading the team to exceed goals. The ideal candidate will value transparency and diversity, be driven to succeed, constantly curious, and have a passion for collaborating with, developing, and helping others. Come join our team so together we can impact how teams work across the globeRequirements2+ years of sales management experience2+ years of sales experience as a B2B account manager (quota carrying)Experience selling a suite of SaaS products to Executive level/practitioner stakeholdersProven track record renewing customers on multi-year agreementsStrong handle coaching AMs on account prioritization, self-sourcing qualified pipeline, and mitigating risk across portfolio and pipelineSuccess implementing, and measuring, an outbound motion to identify whitespace across customer portfolioComfortable operating in a high-velocity/volume Sales environment. Strong time-management skills.Experience managing teams in a high volume sales motion, selling to SMB and MM customers.Experience managing teams who own the full post sales customer journey including Commercials, Success Planning & RenewalsBA/BS degree; or equivalent work experiencePlease note that this role is on a hybrid model of 3x per week in our NYC office.Visa sponsorship for this role is currently not available.monday.com is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. Compensation finally awarded to the candidate will be commensurate with the candidate’s skills and experience.
