We never stop working to find new, innovative ways to make that possible.Job OverviewWe are looking for a seasoned design strategist leader to join Intuit’s Brand and Transformation team, as part of the Customer Strategy & Storytelling team. This team exists to champion Intuit’s customers and audiences by fueling all experiences with insights and business strategy. Customer centricity is at the center of this role - whether we’re uncovering insights through deep research studies, bringing customers to life, creating immersive customers demos, and more, we will always put insights and strategic intent at the center of everything we do. This leader must have the ability to both uncover and activate the most important customer insights as well as lead a team that partners closely with cross-disciplinary team to create world-class experiences for Intuit’s small business and consumer group. QualificationsAt least 10-15 years' experience in design-thinking, strategy, product storytelling, immersive experience design, or related fieldsEmbraces design thinking as a way of working, not just a process. Demonstrated track record of scrappy prototyping, piloting, and experimenting to get to the right audience experienceUse mastery of design thinking and facilitation to both define and activate strategic intent throughout the creative process, and in challenging situations step in to help teams get un-stuckA proven track record of influencing horizontally and managing a variety of stakeholders in complex projectsExperience managing and growing teams to do the best work of their livesEmbrace ambiguity and adapt quickly in a world where things are very fluidExperience and passion for galvanizing large organizations/teams around insights, themes or POVExpert in generative research methodologies and killer synthesis skills to get to clear, actionable insightsExceptional storytelling and communication skills. Comfortability with writing narratives and other types of communicationsResponsibilitiesThis is a player-coach role. Get into mud to lead and coach cross-functional teams to drive projects from exploration all the way through execution and also lead a small team that to deliver against some of our largest initiativesActivate insights and strategy into a meaningful world-class experience for both internal and external audiences, at-scale: Drive transformation and deliver business impact for 3,000 of our most valued partners/accountants at QuickBooks Connect each year Drive transformation in the world of AI by unleashing employees in the small business self-employed group and consumer group to disrupt themselves Help employees understand how we are powering prosperityCreate an innovation narrative and develop product keynotes for customer and partner audiencesIdentify and uncover customer problems and paradigm-shifting insights but also have the proven ability to activate insights throughout the creative process; from co-creation of the the creative brief all the way to concept creationPartner with and influence senior leadership to effectively communicate strategy and bring executive stakeholders along on the journey
