Leveraging your technical expertise in specific products and industries, you develop viable solutions that add value to clients, track how clients are using our products, and ensure results are realized. Job responsibilitiesLeads the configuration and modification of the firm’s products and solutions, often in partnership with Technology, to fit complex client use cases Supports Sales in solutioning and mandating deal stages for pricing, pipeline planning, and account planningEngages with technical members of client teams to deliver presentations and technical demonstrations on product capabilities and solutionsIdentifies and defines development requirements for product design enhancements based on client feedback Be a key member of a JPMorgan account team with deep involvement in defining the customer strategy; Identify and close new complex opportunities and accelerate solution adoption. Serve as a subject matter expert on payments solutions and possess a deep understanding of our clients’ needs and current industry trendsAct as the “Voice of the Customer” to bring insights, trends and opportunities to the leadership, product and engineering teams from the forefront and prioritized for delivery.  Collaborate with the account team to respond to client RFPs in a timely mannerRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise working across a related broad set of productsDemonstrated ability to apply a deep technical understanding to solution configurations in a specific domain Experience supporting Sales in pricing, pipeline planning, and account planningExperience working with clients in a technology field and interfacing with engineers5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in problem-solving across multiple teams and a cluster of productsExecutive engagement skills and presence, with an ability to establish strong relationships with key decision makers and build credibility at all levels.Thorough understanding of the software development lifecycle and API architecture.Ability to understand how a wide variety of applications such as ERP, CRM, Billing, Tax and legacy systems interact with each other in an enterprise technology ecosystem.
