These are the values that connect our users and our employees at Discord. Discord is seeking a strategic and execution-oriented Senior CRM Manager to lead our lifecycle marketing efforts aimed at game developers (B2B).  You'll collaborate closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and Product teams to craft comprehensive CRM strategies to nurture and convert leads across our B2B product suite, leveraging our CRM & marketing automation tools.If you’re a team-oriented problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys building programs from the ground up, this is a unique opportunity to make a tangible impact on Discord's future and drive significant business growth.What you'll be doing Design and execute Discord's B2B lifecycle marketing strategy, ensuring strong alignment with overarching business goalsSpearhead the development and implementation of our CRM program within HubSpot, maximizing its capabilities with the goal of supporting and empowering our Sales teamPartner with PMM / Product to build lifecycle marketing for our scaled programs, implementing automations across lead intake, scoring, segmentation, and nurturing processesCreate comprehensive reporting dashboards to measure campaign performance, identify trends, and drive decision-makingBuild and maintain strong relationships throughout the organization to successfully implement full-funnel campaigns and promote the optimal use of our CRM platformYou Will Thrive In This Role IfYou have 5+ years of hands-on experience crafting and executing successful B2B lifecycle marketing strategiesHubSpot, Salesforce, or similar marketing automation and CRM tools hold no secrets for you. You know how to leverage them for maximum impactYou're fluent in the language of metrics, transforming data into insights that fuel campaign optimizationYou deeply understand B2B qualification processes, sales methodologies, lead generation, and campaign managementBonus PointsYou can navigate HubSpot like a proThe US base salary range for this full-time position is $167,000 to $184,000 + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role and level. Within the range, individual pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevanteducation or training.
