ATTENDANCE REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION ARE AS FOLLOWS: A rotating 40 hour work week, 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Must be able to work extended hours.

Responsibilities

Provides technical direction and performs on the job training of the work order managements systems, customer service skills, and policies for the Call Center. As directed, acts as a work leader coaching and monitoring Call Representatives. Assists with updating training manuals, policies, and procedures, department FAQs, and complies various reports on call center performance and monitoring. Assists with answering inquiries regarding City services and response to complaints and service requests submitted through the online and mobile applications utilized in the Call Center. Assists customers with online and telephone payment applications. Answers customer calls and provides information regarding City services and functions. Effective skills and experience working in teams. Bilingual in Spanish is preferred but not required. May be asked to perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Requires a High School Diploma or GED and two (2) years of related experience. Experience working in teams is preferred. Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.

Application review and the City may also conduct additional skill assessment tests, in addition to the panel interview.
