DeLallo is seeking candidates for a Sales Administrative Assistant opportunity supporting our sales team at our corporate office located in Mt Pleasant PA.  This position will provide administrative support;  generating various daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, proofreading materials, and coordinating with various departments such as Accounting, Marketing, Transportation, Order Entry, Purchasing, and Warehouse/Receiving. Essential Functions: Prepare daily sales reports and check requests using Excel Prepare weekly coupon and sales reporting Prepare commission reports for Human Resources department Prepare monthly sales reports and customer spin reports utilizing Excel Prepare rebate accruals for accounting department Track damages by customer Collaborate with National Grocery Manager to compile necessary information for meetings Account analysis including identifying top 25 customers semi-annually Compile P&Ls on customers when requested  Miscellaneous reporting when necessary
Required Education & Experience: Accounting degree preferred, or 2+ years previous accounting experience  High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications: PowerPoint, Excel, Word; preferably someone who uses Excel daily including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc. Strong math and analytical skills High attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and follow-through Demonstrate clear, easy to understand, and professional communication skills Ability to rapidly adapt to changing business needs and priorities Protect organization’s values by keeping information confidentialWhat We Offer: Competitive Wages 401(k) Matching Advancement Opportunities Paid Time Off Paid Holidays Eligibility to participate in benefits after 14 days of employment, including medical, dental, vision, and other great benefits Employee DiscountsCompany OverviewThe George DeLallo Company was founded with the ideals of offering true authentic Italian foods with unmatched quality and consistency.
