Requirements
What Will You Do?
- Greet pet parents and their four-legged fur babies and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out experience
- Provide a high level of hospitality for our pet parents
- Champion teamwork amongst the support staff
- Call our clients to remind them of lapsed patient care
- Call clients to check in aftercare received
- Manage the appointment schedule
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and texts from clients and vet practices
- Keep our reception area clean and well-stocked
- Answer client questions and provide information and education as needed
You Have:
- A love of animals and passion for the animal-human bond
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service, hospitality, or client-facing receptionist positions
- Experience in the veterinary industry is helpful but not required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask with accuracy and efficiency
- Comfort level typing and utilizing multiple computer systems
