The Clinical Operations Manager will be accountable for empowering care teams to be innovative and creative while working through challenges, oversee all day-to-day business and clinical operations for the iCare Tuscan Village ambulatory surgery center. This role will be responsible for clinical operations of the Four Operating rooms, One procedure room, PACU, central processing, quality and safety, policy and procedure, education and competency organization, budgeting and finances, and daily oversight for iCare Tuscan Village Ambulatory Surgery Center. High degree of analytic ability to manage the financial and human resources aspects of the position. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
