We’re building a workforce that attracts and retains the best talent, not only to meet the needs of our customers, but that also reflects the diverse communities we serve.Job SummaryWe are seeking a strategic, hands-on attorney with advertising, consumer protection and commercial contract experience who will report to the SVP Legal and work closely with colleagues across the organization to help grow Altice USA’s broadband, mobile and related businesses in a fast-changing regulatory climate.  You will provide support and guidance to the marketing, product, sales, operations, offer strategy and customer base management teams with respect to our consumer-facing relationships and communications.  In this role, you’ll identify risks, solve problems and help the business acquire and maintain customers and expand and improve product offerings in a creative and compliant way.ResponsibilitiesReview advertising and marketing collateral and advise business regarding claim substantiation, consumer disclosures, intellectual property and sweepstakes issues. Monitor developments and changes to applicable laws and industry best practices and ensure that our products, policies and communications comply with these laws and practices. Create, update and maintain all consumer-facing terms of service. Consult with business clients to keep abreast of product and business rule developments and counsel on various product, marketing and subscriber-related issues.Draft, review and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements. Recommend policy and process improvements relating to the above.Track and research developments relating to new and pending advertising and consumer protection laws and regulations and help lead compliance efforts relating to these laws. Salary ranges are supplied in compliance with New York State law. Pay is competitive and based on a number of job-related factors, including skills and experience. The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in the posted location is $155,509.00 - $222,156.00 / year. The rate/range provided herein is the anticipated pay at the time of hire, and does not reflect future job opportunity.
