We're responsible for guiding products throughout the execution cycle, focusing specifically on analyzing, positioning, packaging, promoting, and tailoring our solutions to our users.In this role, you will play a pivotal role as the technical/domain expert who owns communication of the product roadmap, related solutions, and engaged differences. You will partner closely with product management and product marketing teams. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities Gather customer insights and feedback, and incorporate the learning into the organization and product roadmap to ensure effective product launches and differentiated features.Assist training/enablement teams in training the technical promoters (e.g., Professional Services Organization, Customer Engineers, and Solution Architects).Interact with analysts and solution specialists at product-level to drive requirements for vertical and/or horizontal solutions.Work collaboratively with Marketing, Sales, Product, and/or Engineering teams to support expansion of partner and/or customer business.Define business goals, audiences, buyer’s journey, strategy, solutions, positioning, key tactics, budget and dependencies.
