Senior Product Manager - Developer Experience and Ecosystem

Large and high-growth organizations in markets as varied as financial services, logistics, gaming, e-commerce and software as a service have successfully deployed and expanded their TiDB footprint on mission-critical applications. Our strong open-source community roots (32,000 stars on GitHub), innovative products and inclusive culture draw passionate and dedicated people to our company. We're seeking a visionary Senior Product Manager for Developer Experience and Ecosystem to join our team for TiDB Cloud. In this role, you will shape the future of our developer + AI platform, delivering seamless experiences and growing our ecosystem. Your strategic mindset and technical acumen will help create a world-class environment where developers can thrive and innovate.
Strategy & Vision: Define and execute the strategy for developer experience and ecosystem in TiDB Cloud. Product Management: Lead initiatives to improve developer onboarding, workflows, and productivity. Drive the development of SDKs, APIs, integrations, and documentation to make TiDB Cloud the most developer-friendly platform. Foster partnerships and integrate with third-party tools to expand TiDB Cloud's ecosystem.
Work closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to translate market insights into actionable product requirements. Advocate for the developer community, and collaborate with community contributors and external partners to broaden the adoption of TiDB.
Market Insights & Competitive Analysis: Conduct market research to understand current trends, emerging technologies, and competitor strategies. Performance Metrics: Continuously refine and iterate strategies based on data-driven insights.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; 7+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on developer tools, platforms, or cloud services.
~ Strong technical background and familiarity with database management systems, cloud platforms, and developer ecosystems.
