NFR maintains properties for mortgage companies by working closely with our nationwide network of contractors and inspectors.
Our Contractor Services Department has an opening for a Contractor Recurring Service Coordinator.
Under the guidance of the Vendor Manager, the Recurring Services Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring sufficient coverage for work orders and managing independent contractors performance.
Responsibilities include:
·Manage performance and capacity of independent contractors completing recurring maintenance work orders
·Assign recurring work orders to independent contractors, expedite escalated orders and maintain work queue
·Negotiate completion expenses within established department guidelines and under the direction of the Vendor Manager
·Minimize risk and initiate corrective action based on independent contractor performance
·Recruit, conduct initial interview and on-boarding of new independent contractors
·Maintain independent contractor files including coverage zip codes and data
Requirements:The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of related experience including customer service, extensive telephone work and/or working as an administrative assistant. Computer skills include MS office suite. Previous experience adapting to multiple software applications is helpful. A High School diploma or equivalent; Associates degree, industry knowledge or related experience preferred. An understanding of residential construction knowledge and basic math skills are needed. Or, the equivalent combination of education and experience.
