Our product engineering team is responsible for building an e-commerce ecosystem that is innovative, secure and intuitive for our users. What You'll Do:- Responsible for building up and managing the Global E-Commerce tech team in the US.- Responsible for designing the architecture of technical solutions and providing technical support for engineers in the team.- Align with product and org objectives, and coordinate with cross-functional teams on delivering key results.- Define long term technical roadmap for the team.- Contribute to technical decisions on projects among the product.QualificationsMinimum Qualifications：- Bachelor or higher degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline.- 5 years managing or tech-leading a software engineering team.- 5 years of large scale backend system development experience.- Proven experience with Data Structures and Algorithms.- Proven communication and teamwork skills.Preferred Qualification:- Experience in hybrid cross-platform development.TikTok is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.
