The ideal candidate has excellent writing and communication skills, a strong passion for marketing and contact center technology, experience creating content effectively and quickly, and is hands-on. We have big ambitions for product marketing at Regal -- and we want you to help us lead that charge.RESPONSIBILITIES:Develop and support the go-to-market launch strategy for the product portfolio and new features within the Regal platform by defining objectives and creating accompanying messagingOwn rollout programs, including sales enablement, customer communications, and external marketing (collateral, website, content, and PR)Lead product launch process with Product to bring new products and features to marketEnsure that internal communication is clear and consistent and that feedback loops are seamlessPartner on our sales enablement and training, including the development and rollout of materials such as sales demos, scripts, videos, customer stories, case studies, and moreOversee internal product communications and training across all teams: Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Marketing about product roadmap and new releasesStrong writing skills are a must as you will define Regal’s value proposition, including customer pain points, differentiators, market trends, and competitive analysisABOUT YOU: 2-4+ years in product marketing or content marketingExperience in marketing automation or contact centerExpertise in writing and editing copy for various channelsStrong communication skillsAbility to work closely with team members across divisions in a fast-paced environmentDesign skills are a plus, but not a requirementBENEFITS/PERKS:Competitive compensation packages, including early stage equity401k planFlexible PTO & 11 paid holidaysMedical, dental, vision insurance (80% covered by Regal for individuals and all dependents) Paid parental leaveHappy hours, team outings, & biannual off/onsitesPre-tax commuter benefitsComplete laptop workstation& morePOSITION LOCATION & OFFICES:This position is available in New York City, San Francisco & Boston. *PLEASE EDIT BASED ON HIRING CITY*We have offices in NYC (HQ- NoMad) & Boston (Downtown/Financial).
