Job Title: Data Modelling and PowerBI Lead Architect(Onsite)

Roles & Responsibilities:

§ Oversee the design and implementation of business intelligence solutions using Power BI ensuring alignment with business goals.

§ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and interpret business requirements for reporting and analytics.

§ Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights.

§ Ensure the integrity and security of business data within Power BI Report Server and Power BI Service environments.

§ Optimize data models and reports for performance and scalability.

§ Provide training and support to business users on Power BI tools and best practices.

§ Stay abreast of the latest developments in Power BI and related technologies applying new features and functionalities to enhance reporting capabilities.

§ Conduct regular reviews of existing reports and dashboards to identify opportunities for improvement.

§ Facilitate the migration of legacy BI systems to Power BI platforms.

§ Manage project timelines resources and budgets effectively ensuring timely delivery of BI solutions.

Required Qualifications:

§ 14 to 18 years of experience.

§ Proven experience in designing and implementing Power BI solutions is required.

§ Strong understanding of Power BI Report Server and Power BI Service is essential.

§ Experience in data modeling analysis and visualization techniques.

§ Familiarity with SQL DAX and other query languages is highly desirable.

§ Excellent problem-solving analytical and communication skills.

§ Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

§ A commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the field of business intelligence and data analytics.

§ Need to work at client office.

Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until 05/31/2024.

The annual salary for this position is between $113,000.00 - $186,000.00 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
