To drive the AXA Group's strategic ambitions in Direct Cyber Insurance, AXA will launch a Group Cyber Center of Expertise, led by AXA XL. The Global Head of Cyber Strategy will co-lead this Office with the Global Chief Cyber Underwriting Officer for Commercial Lines for AXA.AXA will build the best technical knowledge of cyber risk exposure, supported by the best underwriters and risk experts and best-in-class models. This role will provide very visible leadership internally and support the teams externally to build market and client profiles.   The Global Head of Cyber Strategy will be a member of the AXA XL Global Chief Underwriting Officer leadership team reporting to the AXA XL Global Chief Underwriting Officer, providing all of AXA with the ability to manage its cyber risk portfolio and exposure from an aggregated global product view. You will work closely with other underwriting leaders such as the AXA XL Global CUO for Cyber Underwriting, and the other product leaders in the AXA global entities to drive a collaborative and integrated product and service strategy. You will also work closely with other functions within AXA XL and within AXA Group such as AXA XL Risk Management, AXA Group Risk Management, Risk Consulting, Claims, Actuarial, Operations, Compliance, Underwriting Business Managers, Finance, Distribution and Human Resources.DISCOVER your opportunity What will your essential responsibilities include?This role that will be dedicated to the end-to-end strategic delivery of our Cyber objectives. This leader will be responsible for organizing the different cyber workstreams, set and deliver the short-and-long term vision of the Cyber strategy across AXA. Global Head of Cyber Strategy will partner extensively with all key stakeholders to support our growth ambitions and lay the foundations to credibly build a scalable and profitable global business. Additionally, it’s expected from this role to refine our Cyber value proposition for all client segments across AXA, as well as for our internal talents, ensuring our environment is challenging/exciting and making our employees to find their work purposeful by helping the society evolvement in a positive direction, solving a relevant and current problem.  In particular, the person will collaborate with:AXA Global entities: Underwriting, Claims, Risk, Middle Office to build a credible cyber offering that address our clients’ needs.AXA Group Risk Management, Strategy, Finance, and Ceded Reinsurance to develop our strategy and set our vision.AXA XL Global Chief Underwriting Office, Pricing, Risk Management and Innovation, Data and Analytics teams to build the Cyber Global Underwriting Office alongside the Global Chief Cyber Underwriting Officer for Commercial Lines for AXA.Risk Engineering to develop our Cyber Services and provide credible Cyber Risk Consulting services.Human Resources to develop a Cyber School that would benefit AXA to quantify the impact on our workforce, strategically anticipating the changes in our businesses and defining our human capital needs and costs to meet our business growth targets.Be accountable for the assigned product and service delivery to achieve the set targets to enable profitable growth. Actual pay will be determined based upon the individual’s skills, experience and location.
