DUTIES
Duties include greeting and checking in guests, answering phones, taking online reservations, and other tasks as needed. The successful candidate will need to answer questions and assist guests in any way possible.
QUALIFICATIONS
Candidates must have some computer experience and be able to learn an online reservation system; must have working knowledge and experience with Microsoft Word or similar word processing program; must be proficient in at least one email system.
The successful candidate would be able to work in a busy office, and have excellent customer service skills, a strong work ethic, a positive and friendly attitude, and a strong passion for hospitality and guest interactions.
