Job Description

Joining the Digital Solutions Consulting (DSC) team at ServiceNow means bringing your technical expertise to assist customers with product and solution guidance in pre-sales scenarios. As part of the DSC, you will play a crucial role in acquiring and retaining customers by effectively showcasing the power, flexibility, and user-friendliness of the ServiceNow SaaS platform.

What you will do in this role:

The Senior Digital Solution Consultant is a hands-on technical expert tasked with delivering solutions and meeting sales targets for their assigned territory.

  • Support Digital Sales teams in understanding customer needs through discovery
  • Participate in all stages of acquiring new customers
  • Provide guidance and training to colleagues, peers, and partners
  • Conduct product demonstrations, tailoring them to both prospects and existing customers
  • Create product demo scripts and scenarios, and maintain demo environments
  • Handle Request for Information/Proposal documents
  • Stay updated on product developments for demos and proof of concepts
  • Participate in Marketing events like user conferences and webinars
  • Keep abreast of competitive analysis and differentiate ServiceNow from its competitors
  • Understand the business and technical challenges addressed by the products
  • Work with Sales and Professional Services to ensure a smooth transition post-sale
  • Act as a ServiceNow expert at executive briefings and marketing events
Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or expertise in cloud software solutions
  • The ability to listen actively to customer needs and provide relevant solutions
  • Experience in conducting in-depth conversations with customers to understand their challenges and goals
  • Capability to address customer objections effectively and steer conversations towards productive outcomes
  • Ability to collaborate across teams to enhance customer adoption and success of the ServiceNow platform
  • Skill in delivering highly customized demos and use cases on the ServiceNow Platform
  • Proactive approach, efficiency in task prioritization, and commitment to detail and integrity
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills for both technical and business audiences
  • 1+ years of experience in pre-sales solution consulting within relevant industries
  • A degree in Business or Technology is beneficial
