To support our continued growth and scale, we are seeking an innovative, thoughtful and accomplished technology leader to build and maintain a dynamic team that architects and provides solutions across our global business teams.  Reporting to the VP of Infrastructure, our ideal candidate has a solid track record of developing high performing teams, delivering complex projects, building effective business partnerships and leading business process and transformation initiatives. You'll work to enable simplified processes and lead the implementation of new solutions to enhance delivery speed and product quality across our global teams. If so, we'd love to hear from you What You'll Do: Provide leadership to a growing team of business engagement managers, systems analysts, administrators, and engineers responsible for overall delivery of core business systems across all functions (Marketing, Sales, Support, Customer Success, Finance and HR) Partner with key stakeholders to facilitate the planning and road-mapping process, provide oversight of solutions delivery, resolve escalated issues, and facilitate communication on any critical issues Develop and maintain effective relationships with leaders on how systems capabilities can solve their business problems, work to translate business needs into technology solutions and push for business clarity of strategy where needed Recruit and build a high performing team with a strong focus on business value through coaching, fostering accountability, innovation and teamwork, while effectively delegating work for successful achievement of goals and objectives Evaluate emerging and new technologies. Actively collaborate with business stakeholders to derive and drive value from existing and new system technology investments Build and maintain internal delivery process to manage the full application life cycle: Requirements Gathering Architecture, Development, User Acceptance, Roll Out, SupportCreate a technology to business feedback loop with other Operations leaders, helping to make iterative improvements to business processesManage data governance processes and adherence of guidelines between internal business units and systemsOwn and manage applications budget and prioritization with business leaders to ensure investments are aligned with business requirements and consistently manage to ensure within plan What We're Looking For:10+ years managing and delivering enterprise applications/business systems portfolio7+ years of experience building and leading teams on high growth, global organizationsProven and current experience managing an expansive, cross functional business application portfolio which includes; Salesforce.com (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ), Marketo/Eloqua, NetSuite, Anaplan, Workday and boundary applications Visible leadership skills and executive presence; demonstrated ability to provide thought leadership, think strategically and effectively communicate vision and influence across the organizationOutstanding ability collaborating with business stakeholder and executive teams to align on cross-functional processes and deliver large scale business and digital transformation initiatives Adept at inspiring behavior change through motivating teams, planning initiatives, designating priorities, and being decisive when faced with ambiguity Experience building, leading and managing a global, distributed team with an international presenceAble to think independently and consider cross-functional/downstream impactsAbility to build and lead multi-functional relationshipsHigh level of technical curiosity to learn and apply new technologiesBS or BA preferred. PMP, NetSuite, Salesforce or Agile Certifications are all highly desirableThe posted pay range represents the anticipated low and high end of the compensation for this position and is subject to change based on business need. To determine a successful candidate’s starting pay, we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location, an evaluation of the candidate’s skills and experience, market demands, and internal parity.For roles with on-target-earnings (OTE), the pay range includes both base salary and target incentive compensation. Target incentive compensation for some roles may include a ramping draw period. Compensation is higher for those who exceed targets. Candidates may receive more information from the recruiter.Pay Range$188,250—$340,000 USD
