Position Title: System Administrator Work Status: Full-Time Location: San Diego, CA Clearance: Secret Requisition Number: SA-003ZH Summary: The System Administrator will support Commander Naval Air Force, U.S. Pacific Fleet (CNAP) with maintaining system baseline compliance with existing and future ATOs at various base facilities. The System Administrator will also monitor and maintain Access Control System (ACS), Closed Circuit Television (CCTV), and Intrusion Detection System (IDS) updates to prevent cyberattacks and provide critical information to our system owners. Extensive travel to various military instillations will be required. Responsibilities: * Maintain compliance with the existing ATO for Access Control Enforcer (ACE) * Scan all IPs and devices for vulnerabilities using automated and manual tools including ACAS scans, SCAP Compliance Checker scans, and manual STIG checks whenever new applicable ACAS plugins, STIGs, SRGs, or as other checklists are released, and resolving all findings from the scans. * Update all software and applying patches, as required. * Provide routine reports showing system IA posture including a complete ACAS scan report with the number of "hits" and an informal plan of action to remediate findings. * Identifying and reporting any vulnerabilities that cannot be remediated. * Deploying patches and updates to all network devices to resolve vulnerabilities. * Confirming the system operating on the network is still functional after remediation Requirements: * Security + certification. * IAT Level 1 certification in accordance with DoDI 8510.01. * One year of experience performing maintenance on at least one Authority to Operate accredited network according to DoD Risk Management Framework. * One year of experience conducting scans of at least one network and identifying vulnerabilities (e.g., ACAS, SCAP, STIGs). Salary: $64,000 - $74,000
