Summary You will serve as a Assistant Marine Corps Joint and Multinational Doctrine Analyst in the Plans, Policies and Operations Department of HQ US MARINE CORPS. Duties * You will assist the Marine Corps Program Analyst in reviewing US Military doctrine (MCD) being made for the Army, Navy, Marine Corps, Air force, Coast Guard, etc. * You will help review MCD for consistency with related doctrine and future policy, while communicating with Doctrine Control Branch and Marine Corps Combat Development Command. * You will assist in briefings for Marine Corps leadership that reflect MC positions. * You will address, track, and report on Doctrinal issues and their subsequent solutions to leadership. Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: providing long-term continuity, corporate knowledge, and experience in joint, multinational, service and multiservice doctrine; and assisting in preparing and reviewing doctrine, tactics, techniques and procedures while analyzing instructions and manuals as they pertain to doctrine issues.
