*Experience managing shop work operations and supervising several supervisors in various trades including electrical, electronics, and toolroom/production machinery repair.
*Experience providing input for the project scheduling and sequencing process.
*Experience communicating information concerning required material, facilities, resources, and grouping of work for assigned area to project team members.
*Experience performing ship repair and overhaul and using shipyard instructions to ensure the progress of work.
