Duties * You will develop operations research techniques to identify effective means to analyze recruiting plans and programs. * You will compile research and statistical findings for use in decision making. * You will brief management on findings and conclusions of data analysis and trending to enhance well informed decision making. * You will analyze productivity, effectiveness, or efficiency of program operations to recommend process improvements. You will be required to ensure organization or facility continuity of operations and/or completion of tasks that are considered essential to the mission designated by a local or command decision. * You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal. Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Collecting and analyzing data to identify imbalances or overlaps in a recruiting programs and operations; 2) Applying statistical and narrative data to justify recommendations to deciding officials; 3) Planning and/or conducting comprehensive analytical studies to improve procedures for controlling and managing a recruiting command regional, district and division territorial alignment; and 4) Preparing and presenting briefings to leadership on the status of ongoing projects, assignments or data request in a clear and concise manner.
