MANAGEMENT ANALYST with Security Clearance

Duties * You will develop operations research techniques to identify effective means to analyze recruiting plans and programs. * You will compile research and statistical findings for use in decision making. * You will brief management on findings and conclusions of data analysis and trending to enhance well informed decision making. * You will analyze productivity, effectiveness, or efficiency of program operations to recommend process improvements. Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Collecting and analyzing data to identify imbalances or overlaps in a recruiting programs and operations; 2) Applying statistical and narrative data to justify recommendations to deciding officials; 3) Planning and/or conducting comprehensive analytical studies to improve procedures for controlling and managing a recruiting command regional, district and division territorial alignment; and 4) Preparing and presenting briefings to leadership on the status of ongoing projects, assignments or data request in a clear and concise manner.
