Qualifications To be considered minimally qualified for this position, you must demonstrate that you have the required education and/or experience for the respective grade level in which you are applying. You qualify for the GS-13 grade level, if you have: EXPERIENCE: At least one (1) year of specialized experience at the GS-12 grade level (or equivalent) performing the following duties: * Developing, implementing, and evaluating the effectiveness of external affairs and digital team operations; * Developing and applying technology using text, audio, graphics, or other media.
