In Countermeasure & Electromagnetic Attack Solutions, we provide next-generation threat detection and countermeasure solutions to provide unparalleled electronic warfare capabilities to enhance mission survivability. Manages, coordinates, plans, organizes, controls, integrates, and executes a projects or collection of projects. Ensures achievement of financial, schedule, technical, and new business performance objectives. Participates in the support of new business and in the development of financial plans for the company. Models and demonstrates strong leadership in ethics, safety and security. Please note that pursuant to a government contract, this specific position requires US citizenship status Required Education, Experience, & Skills * An understanding of life cycle management
* Knowledge of defense contract type and the risk associated with each
* Ability to work with financial analysts to achieve all financial objectives for the program
* Knowledge of Earned Value Management techniques
* Strong communication skills both internal and customer facing
* Ability to lead cross functional teams (ie Engineering, Finance, Operations, etc.) in the execution of complex technical tasks
* Ability to develop and execute a program schedule and subsequently track status against that schedule
* Actively manage customer relationships to maintain a win-win of program execution and future business
* Program Management expertise in the related product area or domain Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills * Master's degree
* Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or DAWIA Level II/III
* Experience leading Earned Value programs
* Have taken negotiation, stake holder management, leadership or export controls courses
* Working knowledge developing proposals for new business pursuits Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $112420 - $191070 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
