Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: * Develop and lead analysis and disputes resolution based on TIA Claims analysis and disputes resolution. * Provide pre-negotiation materials and support to client as well as after action review of negotiations with client. * Review all reports and analysis produced from the TIA team and provide high level presentations and briefings as necessary. Skills & Requirements Qualifications and Education Required: * Active Top Secret Clearance * Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from 4-year College or university. * Minimum four years of related experience. Preferred experience with construction, design/build, and architecture and engineering projects. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Strong organizational and analytical skills. * Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable, and courteous service to FBI customers. * Ability to effectively present information. * Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and commissions. * Conducts advanced project and program analysis. * Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex documents. * Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. * Requires advanced analytical and quantitative skills. * Strong process skills, negotiating, decision-making and analytical skills are necessary. * Ability to build and maintain effective professional/customer relationships. * Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite. * Decisions made with thorough understanding of procedures, organizational policies, and business practices to achieve general results and deadlines. * Responsible for adhering to all work unit and/or project deadlines. * PgMP (Program Management Professional) or PMP (Project Management Professional) certifications preferred .
