Program Manager with Security Clearance

Duties * Provide technical and administrative oversight of assigned subordinate employees by planning, assigning, and reviewing work of subordinates based on priorities. * Monitor overall program execution by measuring program accomplishments and developing methods to improve the effectiveness with which programs are administered. * Guide other managers by providing counsel or recommendations regarding funding needs, customer concerns, and procedural requirements. * Prepare estimates of funding required and schedule completion. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-12).
