Job Description: Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our team What You'll Be Doing: * Support Air Force Network Centric Collaborative Targeting (NCCT) Program Management Office during interagency, multiservice, and multi-national forums.
* Support Air Force (AF) Signals Intelligence Capabilities Working through the development and maintenance of an airborne signals intelligence architecture.
* Perform studies and analysis to support Air Force's annual capability investment decision processes.
* Provide technical subject matter expertise to Secretary of the Air Force Acquisitions, Air Force A2/6 HQ, Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Air Force SIGINT Capabilities Working Group SCWG, Air Force Cryptologic Office, national agencies, and other stakeholders.
* Develop briefings, talking papers, concepts of operations, and other material to support recommendations to government personnel.
* Assist in managing planning for, and participate in, an annual Interoperability test event (STORMFORCE) under guidance from the Undersecretary of Defense, Intelligence and Security (USD I&S).
* Support Air Force stakeholders in drafting responses to request for information across a variety of Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance topics. What Required Skills You'll Bring: * Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or an equivalent technical/scientific discipline degree related to area of specialty or equivalent experience.
* Minimum of 15 years' demonstrated experience in one or more specific technical focus areas in priority order:
* AF SIGINT airborne collection and/or ground processing, exploitation, and dissemination systems
* National SIGINT systems
* Data Standards/Data Management, Enterprise Architectures, and Cloud Computing What Desired Skills You'll Bring: * Five years of hands-on experience using Dassult's NoMagic Cameo Enterprise Architect or similar architecture tools such as SparxEA or IBM System Architect.
* Demonstrated ability to develop and direct the development of a wide variety of DoD AF products including System, Operational, Technical, and specialized views from the DoD AF product sets.
* Working knowledge of UAF and UPDM desired.
* Seven or more years AF ISR or AF SIGINT experience. Minimum Clearance Required to Start: Top Secret SCI w/Polygraph This position is part of our Federal Solutions team.
