NetApp - Storage Management Consultant - Newtown Square, PA Entelligence is seeking a Senior Consultant to support one NetApp clients. The successful candidate must be able to work in a cross-functional environment and interact with representatives from Entelligence, NetApp, and the end-user. The Sr. Consultant will function as the NetApp products Subject Matter Expert (SME) and will interact directly with the customer's personnel. The Consultant will serve as the technical expert on executive-level project teams within the customer providing technical direction, interpretation, and alternatives. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Manage Windows server and related Microsoft technologies including monitoring, troubleshooting and administration
* Utilize AFF
* Utilize understanding of Storage protocols and technologies (CIFS, NFS, iSCSI, Fibre Channel switching and networks)
* Deploy and administer NetApp Storage - ONTAP, Troubleshooting Performance Issues, performing firmware and operating system upgrades, using storage management tools - OnCommand Unified Manager/ Performance Manager Insight/Cluster Switch migration and FW upgrade processes and procedures
* Utilize NetApp Storage concepts, related management tools, and related Storage technologies (Snapshots, controller failover, provisioning, deduplication, cloning, SnapMirror) including monitoring and troubleshooting, administration, replication technologies
* Build and migrate software and services across the organization
* Drive projects alongside our SMEs to solve complex problems for our most strategic customers
* Take responsibility for the delivery of projects within the constraints of schedule, scope, features/functionality, and budget
* Monitor and report on all aspects of your projects including progress, project profitability, forecasted hours, risks, communications and customer concerns
* Work with the Resource Managers to ensure that your projects have the best people with the right skills and at the right time.
* Contribute to and lead the development and maintenance of NetApp PMO standards, processes, and practices
* Maintain a high-level technical knowledge of the NetApp software stack. (Full training and enablement provided)
JOB REQUIREMENTS: * Location: 70% remote 30% onsite in PA (ability to work 1-3 days onsite per week)
* AFF proficient
* Experience working in enterprise level customer environments
* Experience managing CDOT Storage
* Experienced in NetApp Storage (Deploying and administering NetApp Storage - ONTAP, Troubleshooting Performance Issues, performing firmware and operating system upgrades, using storage management tools - OnCommand Unified Manager/ Performance Manager Insight/Cluster Switch migration and FW upgrade processes and procedures
* Proficient understanding of NetApp Storage concepts, related management tools, and related Storage technologies (Snapshots, controller failover, provisioning, deduplication, cloning, SnapMirror) including monitoring and troubleshooting, administration, replication technologies
* Strong understanding of Storage protocols and technologies (CIFS, NFS, iSCSI, Fibre Channel switching and networks)
* Strong customer communication and documentation skills
* Excellent communication skills
* Experience with Demos & Presentations
* Ability to implement Best Practices with Enterprise Customer
* Experience in customer facing, problem solving positions
* Strong communication, time management, and interpersonal skills.
