As a Senior Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in promoting Litmus7 offerings to retail brands. You will leverage your extensive retail industry experience and network to establish and nurture key relationships with CXO and senior leadership within retail companies.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Leadership: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets. Lead the sales cycle from engagement to closure, ensuring a focus on surpassing sales targets and expanding Litmus7 s market presence.

Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with key clients, including CXO and senior executives, through regular engagement and by providing tailored consulting solutions. Serve as a trusted advisor, understanding and addressing client needs.

New Business Development: Drive new business acquisition by effectively communicating our value proposition, prospecting, networking, and leveraging existing contacts. Collaborate with marketing to create targeted campaigns that resonate with Litmus7 clientele.

Consultative Selling and Negotiation: Utilize your effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to conduct in-depth consultations, present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively.Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends, competition, and market developments. Use this insight to position Litmus7 as a leader in retail technology consulting.

Pipeline Management: Build and manage a robust pipeline of new opportunities, contributing to the achievement and exceeding of assigned sales quotas and targets.

Reporting and Analysis: Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics. Analyze data to identify opportunities for growth and optimize sales strategies.

Qualifications:

Must have at least 10 years of sales experience with 5+ years in the retail industry.

Proven experience in software consulting for retail brands, with a successful track record in solution-based selling.

Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with CXO and senior executives in the retail industry.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

A strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a passion for driving business growth.

Familiarity with retail technology solutions and strategies.

Willingness to travel as needed within the USA.
