Duties * You will support maintenance and expansion of the network infrastructure, including wired and wireless technologies, high level IT Project Management, Help Desk and Network level troubleshooting, account management, and project management. * You will be responsible for establishing IT/Cybersecurity processes, policies and procedures. * You will establish associate processes for accountability and develop standardized IT/Cybersecurity processes within the Washington Navy Yard and ensure the processes are effective and efficient. * You will be responsible for all coordination of IT and Cybersecurity resources. * You will be responsible for communicating and directing implementation of IT/Cybersecurity requirements, issues, inventories, and guidance to Department management, system owners, and the workforce. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time. Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower pay band, NT-4 (GS-11/12 equivalent) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: applying customer service and information systems security principles to ensure IT compliance with Navy cybersecurity policies. Your experience must reflect skill in the following areas: Attention to Detail, Customer Service, Oral Communication, and Problem Solving.
