Duties * Serve as a subject matter expert in the area of Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System processes, policies, and directives. * Facilitate the capability sponsor in the development, staffing, approval, and submission of the follow-on Requirements Documents to the command for validation. * Identify Doctrine, Organization, Training, Material, Leadership and Education, Personnel, Facilities, and Policy solution sets to mitigate or resolve capability gaps. * Lead efforts to identify and integrate all data and information related to the management of capability portfolios. Requirements Conditions of Employment * Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation. * Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance based on an SSBI with eligibility for sensitive compartmented information (SCI). * In accordance with Change 3 to AR 600-85, Alcohol and Drug Abuse Prevention and Control Program. * TDY travel is required 10% or less of the time. * Maybe required to serve a one-year probationary period.
