SRG is seeking an experienced Offensive Cyberspace Capabilities Requirements Planner to join our team of Cyber Operation Analysts and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to support planning, coordination, synchronization, and execution of offensive cyberspace operations in support of aligned combatant command and designated sub-unified commands. This includes a deep understanding and experience in the employment of available cyberspace capabilities as well as the creation of future cyberspace capabilities. Tasking will include comprehensive cyber support for cyberspace operations planning and intelligence analysis at Joint Force Headquarters level.
The candidate should demonstrate the ability to review, analyze, and operationalize tactical and operational-level Cyber directives. An active/in tolerance TS/SCI w/CI Poly clearance will be required for access to the place of performance, system account creation to perform the tasks, and access to classified data.
Roles and Responsibilities:
The Offensive Cyberspace Capabilities Requirements Planner will perform the following functions:
• Assist in tracking and managing the cyberspace capability requirements process for MARFORCYBER, including coordinating with operational units to understand emerging requirements, analyzing requirements against current capabilities, and known vulnerabilities to assess gaps, generating and submitting requirements documentation and tracking requirements through the USCYBERCOM requirements process.
• Interface with development organizations and operational units throughout the development process, assisting with periodic technical reviews, coordinating required testing, and documenting testing results according to prescribed reporting formats.
Basic Qualifications:
1. Must possess a bachelor’s degree and 10 years of planning experience or a combined total of a minimum of 14 years between education and relevant service. Additional experience may be considered in lieu of education requirements:
• Army/Joint Targeting, IPB, and COG analysis process as well as a general understanding of Joint Offensive and Defensive doctrine and procedures.
• Knowledge in JOPP, MDMP, and MCPP planning and targeting processes and expertise in developing and accessing tactical and operational level Cyber plans and orders.
2. Candiate must have a technical background in cyberspace capability, employment and development and experience with technical writing.
3. Experience with integrating, coordinating, and synchronizing adjacent and supporting operations, as well as developing support for related capabilities and their activities. Be familiar with, certified in, or have applicable operational/field time experience in:
• Tactical Electronic Warfare (EW)
• Cyberspace Operations
• SIGINT related activities
4. Ability to engage senior JIIM leaders and staff and conduct operational and informational briefings to a large audience.
5. Ability to work effectively within a task organized working group and expertise with planning, integrating, and coordinating with inter-agency and intelligence community entities. 6. Must be a U.S. Citizen.
7. Must possess or be able to obtain a U.S. Passport.
8. Clearance: This position requires an Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance with CI Poly.
