  • Expectations would be to provide Delivery management governance Technology expertise Proposals mining Continuous Service Improvements and Delivery Operations

  • Program Project mgmt should be able to manage integration and migration project plan interacting with fcb svb technical resources third party SaaS providers business SMEs Mature proactive good communication skills reporting sills and drive the project forward
  • Wealth Domain knowledge Should have experience knowledge of wealth value chain business architecture functions of front middle and Backoffice resources technical components application landscape data flows and risk compliance needs and client advisor journeys
  • Technical knowledge Knowledge with WealthTech architecture components wealth data structures data migration methods
  • Platforms Knowledge of wealth platforms across the value chain incl client advisor platforms trading portfolio proposals portfolio mgmt client reporting custody market data reference data platforms
  • Agile DevOps Hands on experience on managing multiple projects simultaneously manage and track using Azure DevOps in agile framework
  • Conflict resolution handling multiple stakeholders internal and external along with resolving conflicts towards critical milestones deliverables
  • Resource management Ensure to carve out the resource requirement across projects based on required skills and domain knowledge
