SUPERVISORY CONTRACT SPECIALIST with Security Clearance

Summary You will serve as a DIRECTOR, PEOPLE AND PROCESSES DIVISION in the ACQUISITION SUPPORT LINE of NAVFAC NORTHWEST. Duties * You will manage contracting functions in an environment requiring procurement of good and services. * You will coach integrated program team members on methods and techniques to accomplish acquisition program tasks or projects. * You will brief personnel (e.g., management, customers, industry representatives) on the acquisition principles and contract vehicles to provideregulatory and procedural guidance. * You will analyze performance data to solve operational problems in support of acquisition program goals and objectives. * You will Create written documents outlining recommendations to improve acquisition strategies. * You will manage a team workload to meet established acquisition milestones. Qualifications In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
