Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes 1. analyzing a wide variety of inquiries for promotion programs. 2. interpreting a wide variety of applicable laws, regulations, and policy concerning promotion selection boards. 3. responding to a wide variety of inquiries from various sources such as: officers, field commanders, and congressional representatives, regarding post board screening issues. AND 4. using a number of sophisticated computer software products such as: Spreadsheet software, and the Official Military Personnel file (OMPF), Interactive Personnel Electronic Management System (iPERMS), Integrated Personnel and Pay System-Army (IPPS-A), Soldier Management System (SMS), the Official Soldier Selection System (OSSS), and the Electronic Military Personnel Office (eMilPO).This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11) You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: * Accountability
