Duties * You will provide advice and resources to managers in recruiting, hiring, and delivering the right people to support the warfighter. * You will develop and implement annual recruiter training. * You will administer annual recruitment events and recruiter assignments. * You will conduct event?and recruitment source analysis. Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (DA-02) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate duties related to the following: 1) Advising customers on staffing solutions; 2) Analyzing problems to identify significant factors; 3) Researching, gathering pertinent data, and recognizing solutions; 3) Planning and organizing recruitment events; and 4) Communicating factual and procedural information clearly, verbally, and in writing.
