Duties * You will plan, organize, and execute the Division's electronic and mechanical NAVSEA/NATO DLR and NATO Seasparrow Launcher Systems (actuators, servomotors, power supplies, BIT sets, cabinets, compressor/dehydrators, etc.) workloads. * You will be responsible for time, materials, cost, safety, and requirements of the workload of the team members. * You will provide technical guidance and direction to all support personnel assigned to NAVSEA and NATO Seasparrow projects. * You will prepare reports and maintain records of work accomplishments and administrative information, as required, and coordinate the preparation, presentation, and communication of work-related information to the supervisor. * You will develop test and repair procedures to accommodate emerging requirements and system modifications in accordance with DOD and industry practices. Overtime or night differential pay and/or unusual duty hours may be required. Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: *Experience preparing and interpreting plans, specifications, reports, drawings, and procedures for new and complex processes or equipment. *Experience analyzing engineering literature, procedures, and technical drawings. *Experience developing test and repair procedures to accommodate new and emerging requirements and system modifications in accordance with industry practices. *Experience using calibrated equipment, repair standards, and generalized mechanical test equipment.
