LEAD ELECTRONICS TECHNICIAN with Security Clearance

Duties * You will plan, organize, and execute the Division's electronic and mechanical NAVSEA/NATO DLR and NATO Seasparrow Launcher Systems (actuators, servomotors, power supplies, BIT sets, cabinets, compressor/dehydrators, etc.) workloads. * You will be responsible for time, materials, cost, safety, and requirements of the workload of the team members. * You will provide technical guidance and direction to all support personnel assigned to NAVSEA and NATO Seasparrow projects. * You will prepare reports and maintain records of work accomplishments and administrative information, as required, and coordinate the preparation, presentation, and communication of work-related information to the supervisor. * You will develop test and repair procedures to accommodate emerging requirements and system modifications in accordance with DOD and industry practices. Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: *Experience preparing and interpreting plans, specifications, reports, drawings, and procedures for new and complex processes or equipment. *Experience analyzing engineering literature, procedures, and technical drawings. *Experience developing test and repair procedures to accommodate new and emerging requirements and system modifications in accordance with industry practices. *Experience using calibrated equipment, repair standards, and generalized mechanical test equipment.
