RESPONSIBILITIES Anser is seeking an Assistant for our clients operational requirements on a mission focused program within a challenging, dynamic setting located in the Northern Virginia area. Successful assistant in this position will collaborate with a diverse group of individuals across the intelligence community and directly contribute to processes that shape government policy. The assistant will be working with executive level manager and have a strong knowledge of Microsoft suites and creating Excel spreadsheets. Performs normal office functions such as setting up and maintaining files; answering calls and forwarding as appropriate; arranging meetings and conferences; and receiving, referring, or answering mail. Reviews drafts and finished documents for appropriate grammatical usage; answers questions relating to office operations and established policies and procedures. Gathers, compiles and reports on information relevant to supervisors assignment. Gathers, collects, records, tracks and verifies data and information from multiple sources. Compiles, reviews and analyzes data. Uses software for functional area, to compile and generate reports, statistics, timelines, tables, graphs, correspondence and presentations. QUALIFICATIONS * Bachelors of Arts or Bachelors of Science from an accredited college or university with 8 years of relevant professional experience * Experience in Military, Government, Contracting and Customer Service relations. * Ability to manage status reporting and scheduling, able to multi-task with different projects/tasks. * Experience with Microsoft software to include Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook calendars. * Excellent oral and written communication skills. * Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. * Must have a current TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
