HII is seeking a Multimedia Designer (any level) for a USG customer in the Northern Virginia area. *This role is contingent upon being awarded the contract. Essential Job Responsibilities Generate, reproduce, and modify artwork on various substrates while working with a wide range mediums and tools. Responsible for managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Testing and optimizing multimedia content for various platforms and devices. Ensuring that all multimedia content is visually appealing, engaging, and meets the needs of the target audience. Minimum Qualifications Level 5: 15+ years relevent experience with Bachelors in related field; 13+ years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivlant and 19+ years relevant experience. Level 4: 10 years relevent experience with Bachelors in related field; 8 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivlant and 14 years relevant experience. Level 3: 6 years relevent experience with Bachelors in related field; 4 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivlant and 10 years relevant experience. Level 2: 3 years relevent experience with Bachelors in related field; 1 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivlant and 7 years relevant experience. Level 1: 0 years relevent experience with Bachelors in related field or High School Diploma or equivlant and 4 years relevant experience. All Levels: * Experience with various substrates including metal, wood, plastics, fabrics, vinyl, and glass * Experience with various tools including Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop, Microsoft & other design software, cameras with lighting equipment, cutting tools, laminators, lasers, scanners, printers & solvents * Experience with graphic design software * Organizational skills to develop and manage graphics, stock inventory system * Experience with complying with HAZMAT materials in accordance with EPA regulations * Must have an active TS/SCI with Full Scope Poly clearance Preferred Requirements * Technical background in graphic design, imaging, or manufacturing * Experience in developing standard operating procedures (SOPs) and checklists * Experience with configuration management of procedures and documentation * Creativity to address non-standard problem sets * Ability to operate independantly and at a fast pace Physical Requirements Job performance will normally require only minor lifting and carrying of boxes of records or equipment.
