PROGRAM ANALYST with Security Clearance

Summary You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the Contract Management Office of MY NAVY CAREER CENTER. Duties * You will provide technical advice on contract specifications and develops a Performance Work Statement (PWS) detailing the contract performance expectations. * You will monitor the contractor's performance to ensure compliance with the contract PWS and Federal Acquisition Regulations. * You will enter proper data into the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) system's (Wide Area Work Flow) WAWF system to ensure requirements have been met and contracts are promptly paid. * You will monitor the contractor's performance to verify the contractor has performed the technical and management requirements of the contract for Quality Assurance. * You will provide yearly input to Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting System (CPARS) on performance of contractual commitments. * You will prepare interim evaluations to inform parties of unsatisfactory performance and to recommend ways of improving to ensure the terms of the contract are met. * You will determine if there is a continuing need for contract services and provides timely justification for task orders, option exercises, or follow-on contracts. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time. * Must complete Level Il Type B COR training for DOD Standard Certification within 6 months of employment and maintain competencies and training certification. Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1.
