A week in the life of a Senior Navy Training Systems Analyst: * Source reference documentation to demonstrate proper staffing of required documents. * Develop support briefing products for presentation to executive level leadership. * Utilize basic training systems and requirements to track conversations, discussions and to get the Sailor the best possible training systems. * Participate in and organize meetings and compile meeting minutes. * Provide technical training expertise supporting the USFF training directorate (N7) * Research, establish, coordinate, and implement integrated training requirements. * Utilize and maintain proficiency in the Microsoft family of products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, MS Project, experience with SharePoint a plus) * Exercise attention to detail, display organizational skills and interact with senior level personnel. * Support large training conferences/meetings. * Produce high quality staff work common to a large Navy staff, prior military major staff experience preferred. * Interact with large teams with the ability to work independently when needed to deliver top quality support products. Job Requirements * Bachelor's Degree * Active Secret clearance * Ability to travel 2-4 times a year 3+ years of experience in: * Fleet training, planning an execution * Working with all phases of exercise/training event planning * Working on issues that affect integrated training on various Navy platforms * Working with Microsoft Office products Founded in 1975, AMERICAN SYSTEMS is one of the largest employee-owned companies in the United States. The salary range for this position is $90,000 - $105,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law.
