Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Mechanic

Job Location: Horsham, PA

Schedule/Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and track the preventive maintenance plan, calendar, and log by equipment.
  • Perform emergency, routine, and preventative maintenance on all production and building equipment.
  • Specialize in troubleshooting and repair of equipment to minimize downtime.
  • Communicate effectively with staff to implement contingency measures for downtime.
  • Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and diagrams for electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
  • Work independently with flexibility, self-motivation, and adherence to health and safety regulations.
  • Support operations and company needs as required.
  • Exhibit strong teamwork skills and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Experience with 3-Phase 480-volt systems, air compressors, boilers, and forklift repair is preferred.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Skills/Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years of industrial maintenance experience (required and verifiable).
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • Proficiency with power tools is required.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Professionalism, strong work ethic, and good organizational skills are a must.
  • Problem-solving abilities and forklift experience required.
  • Must meet or exceed attendance and punctuality standards.
  • Reliable transportation is required.
Physical Demands:
  • Lifting required (5-50 lbs.).
  • Ability to climb ladders and work in confined spaces without claustrophobia.
  • Ability to perform tasks involving bending, sitting, kneeling, laying horizontally, climbing, standing for prolonged periods, and walking as the job requires.
Environmental Conditions:
  • Exposure to extreme heat or cold.
  • Noise levels may require hearing protection.
  • Work may involve heights and exposure to electricity, chemicals, and solvents.
